I am starting this new *diet* *cleanse* *detox*...maybe I'll just say, a new way of healthy eating!

I am not much of a dieter. I just try and eat healthy! I'm also not going to starve myself by fasting. That's just not for me, trust me, you wouldn't want me to anyway!

What I did decide to do was eat only veggies and fruit for a whole week. It doesn't matter how they are prepared and I can use spices and olive oil if I want. My diet, my rules! I am also going to try and eat all organic which is a lot harder than it sounds.

So, here's my first meal: eggplant, tomato, garlic, basil and olive oil. It was really good!
