Recently I have taken up Yoga. I go twice a week and I absolutely love it! I love the meditation aspect as well as the stretching. I workout pretty often, usually running or bike riding, but I hardly ever stretch. I know, how bad is that? I would love to find time to do it at least twice more a week but seeing how I have the craziest schedule out of anyone I know, I'm not sure that's going to happen. I am just thankful I can find two nights a week to do it!

Today I photographed a children's yoga class! Man, these kids were so cute! And, they were excellent at Yoga too! I am not going to post many pictures. But here are a few of my favorites and at least you're able to see what I did today.

Speaking of Yoga, I am heading out to my class now! Yay!

I just had to share these pictures of Aya! I am trying not to post pictures that I was hired to take, but this was too cute to pass up!

I have been needing to update my websites for a while now! Finally, I am sitting down and working on it. I can't decide if I want to completely change it, look and all, or If I just want to change the pictures. We'll see. I have some decisions to make!

I'll be sure to keep you posted as to when my new and improved website is up and running!  :)

Scott and I had the morning open for whatever we wanted to do. That NEVER happens! haha Actually, one of my New Year's Resolutions was to try not to jam pack our schedule anymore. I am so guilty of cramming 10 things in one day! What can I say? There's just always something going on...

Scott and I walked to Brickhouse Cafe for brunch. On our way there, I clicked a few pictures of this guy walking in front of us with a...ummmm...tail hanging out of his pocket. It's a key chain, but I thought it was pretty funny and since moving to San Francisco some time ago it totally didn't surprise me when I saw it! I just thought it was funny.

We took a picture of each other while waiting for our food. We took a lot, but I only picked two to put on display. hehe

Mine of him...(he's so cute :)

His of me...

We went to see a movie after brunch. We saw Shutter Island. Wow! We both loved it! Another movie that was pretty long but totally worth it.

After that, Scott went to his brothers for the night and I went to babysit my favorite little lady, Aya! She's sitting up now! How exciting!

Ready for bed!

She went to bed, I stayed until about 9 and then went out with some friends to one of my favorite bars, Butter!

What a great Saturday!

January 6, 2010

Well, three Aya posts in a row and another rainy, gross day! haha

Today was spent inside again. Boo! Neither of us like being inside! At least the weather report for the next five days is supposed to be clear and sunny!

I thought this was a cool picture of Aya and I've decided to add it to my website!

Here is a cool doorknob in their house. I love San Francisco and all the different style doors, keyholes, and doorknobs. Don't be surprised if you see another couple of pictures this year of them!

Today was cold and rainy and I didn't do much at all. Not because I didn't want to but because I didn't feel like getting drenched! No fun, no fun at all.

Instead, my sidekick, Aya, and I took a few pictures indoors. Aya is probably one of the cutest little girls in the world! I get to hang out with her on occasion and I LOVE it!

For those who don't know, I used to be a full time nanny for two families. Between the two of them I watched 3 little boys. Jack and Alex are brothers and then their little buddy, Magnus (killer name, huh?). I watched these little dudes grow for three awesome years! I love kids! So, even though I made the decision to be a full time photographer (best decision of my life) it was hard for me not to watch kids anymore at all.

This is where little Aya comes in. Her parents are awesome and was looking for someone totally flexible and someone who didn't want to work full time but maybe a little here and a little there. Perfect! I can do that!

This was one of the lucky days I was able to hang out with Aya. She made the rainy day not so bad. I'm sure there will be a lot of pictures of her to come! Whenever I see her, I can't help but take a picture! Duh, that's kinda what I do...

I also took a picture of this funny looking Santa guy just because I sat there and looked at him while working on my computer for over an hour at Philz Coffee!!
